    Remember that, depending on the provisions of your lease agreement, you can place your logo and company name in various places in the common areas of the Retro Office House building.


    Pro tip

    Remember that any changes you make must be confirmed by the property manager. Once you move out, you must restore the walls and doors of the rooms to the state they had been in when you signed the tenancy contract.


    WHERE CAN I PLACE MY COMPANY’S LOGO?

    Office entrance

    You can put a logo sticker on the door leading to your office, but it must be approved by us. Remember that you are responsible for removing this item when you move out of the office.

    Company intercom

    Technicians will put your company’s name on the intercom at the lifts. Do you want to stand out? Send a detailed design with your logo to our technicians.

    Information board on the ground floor

    Your company name can also be placed on the information board on the ground floor near the reception or next to the lifts. You can choose the name you want to use, but the font appearance must harmonise with the building design.

    Underground car park

    One of the spots where you can place your company’s marking is the underground car park. Since the board is at the passage to the lift lobby, you can be sure that every car park user will notice it. You can choose both the name and the graphic form of the presentation.

    Attic

    If you want even more visibility, consider putting your company name on the roof or façade. Talk to us to discuss conditions and options.
