Forget about keeping an eye on the desk booking schedule. Now there’s always room for everyone – no worries about double bookings or no desk available.
The ‘My Desks’ tab displays the desks permanently assigned to you.
At any time, you can transfer them to the booking pool for a specified
period of time.
Thanks to this, other users from your asset profile can
use them, for example, during your absence – holidays or sick leave.

This feature is available in a paid app package. Check if you can use it, or contact your administrator.
CANCELLATION OF A DESK BOOKING
You’ll receive an email confirming your booking cancellation.
