    Reception

    If a package addressed to you arrives while you are out of the office, you will still get it. The reception staff will accept it. You will only need to pick it up from the reception desk once you return to the office.


    Pro Tip

    Ordering something really big? Inform the courier of the size of the corridors in your office and the target location on a given floor.


    Small and medium-sized parcels

    Couriers with parcels not larger than a medium size are to enter through one of the main entrances to the building. What size is a medium-sized parcel? It must fit in the hands and not require a delivery cart. If you have something big: furniture or office equipment of a considerable size, such parcels should be brought in through a side door so as not to block the main entrances.


    Pro Tip

    Retro Office House is one building, but it has three reception desks. If you doubt which one you should go to, ask a security officer for help.


    Delivery zone

    All deliveries in either large quantities or of considerable size should be arranged so as not to interfere with building access by other users. Therefore, such operations can only be carried out between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays. They must also be reported by e-mail to the property manager in advance. At least to avoid… another large delivery. The notification shall include the planned delivery date, details of the supplier and employees who will provide this service in the building, details of the weight, size and type of the equipment to be delivered, and details of the tenant representative responsible for coordinating the delivery.

    Large deliveries should be brought into the building through the side entrances. Such deliveries always take place under the supervision of a security officer. Also, remember to use hand trucks with rubber wheels that do not soil the floor!

    REPORTING LARGE-SIZE DELIVERIES

    STEP 1

    Select “New Request”.


    STEP 3

    Fill in the mandatory fields (marked with a red asterisk):

    a) Select the type of notification: “Delivery/Transport”,

    b) Specify the priority of the notification,

    c) Select the application category,

    d) Enter the subject of the report.


    STEP 4

    Complete the application description and add photos or files if necessary.


    STEP 5

    Send your application by clicking the “ADD” button.

    Lift dimensions

    Retro Office House does not have a service lift, so couriers use passenger lifts. In doing so, they should ensure the safety of the crane. For convenience, we have prepared a graphic with the dimensions of the available lifts.
