Guest entrance

Every visitor to Retro Office House should keep three points in mind: the entrance to the building, the relevant reception desk, and the person they intend to visit. The scenario of the visit is up to you. Here are the possible options:

• your guest signs in the Guest Book, and only then are they directed to you,
• the reception desk informs you that your guest has arrived and then directs them to you,
• your guest is sent to you without any information.

Pro tip

Retro Office House is one building, but it has three reception desks. If you doubt which one you should go to, ask a security officer for help.

Car park for guests

Guests travelling by car can use your underground parking space if you have one. If so, two more formalities must be completed. The first task is your responsibility and involves notifying the security staff of the guest’s visit before arrival. The second task is for the visitor to report to the security staff via the intercom at the entry barrier.

Pro tip

If the visitor shows up after 6:00 p.m., they should contact the security staff over the intercom to let them in.

Security

If necessary, security will ask you and your guests to show their access cards. Those unable to prove the grounds for their presence in the building or common areas may be expelled.
