TECHNICAL SERVICE
The technical service for the building is provided by Apleona Polska Sp. z o.o., which is responsible, among other things, for repairs or clarifying technical issues in the leased premises.
Pro tip
Need help with some minor maintenance work? No problem! The technical service provides “handyman” services for a fee.
Reporting malfunctions
Malfunctions can happen even in the best building. But in a top-notch building like ours, this situation is not a cause for concern. Simply report the malfunction via Help Desk Globalworth and we will take care of the rest. There is one catch, however, in the small print: only the person designated by the tenant of the office space to report a malfunction can do so.
REPORTING A MALFUNCTION STEP BY STEP
Log on to globalworth.singufm.com.
Select “New Request”.
Fill in the mandatory fields (marked with a red asterisk):
a) Select the type of notification: “Malfunction”,
b) Specify the priority of the notification,
c) Select the application category,
d) Enter the subject of the report.
Complete the application description and add photos or files if necessary.
Send your application by clicking the “ADD” button.
Once the malfunction is corrected by the service, you will receive an e-mail notification that it has been completed. You can then close the ticket in the Singu application (Application-Status-Close Request).
